Registration fees are paid annually per family. The registration fee includes the annual dues for the Home and School Association. These fees are non-refundable and due by May 1st for all returning students.

Registration fees for 2008-2009

  • 1 child $475
  • 2 children $575
  • 3 children $675
  • 4 children $775

Registration fees paid after May 1st will increase by $100 per category for all returning students. Registration fees are non-refundable. For New students, registration fees are due upon completion of the application process.

Pre-School Tuition $3110
Kindergarten through 6th Grade

  • 1 child $3760
  • 2 children $6520
  • 3 children $8755

*Tuition subsidy available for Catholic families belonging and contributing to a parish upon completion of a parish verification form.

ANNUAL FUND CONTRIBUTION
$250 per family

LUNCH
$2.25 per student per day
St. Therese participates in the Free and Reduced Federal Lunch Program.

New Student Checklist:

  • Student’s application form signed and completed
  • Student’s most recent report card
  • Student’s most recent achievement test scores
  • Entrance level assessment will begin at 2nd grade
  • Interview with Principal completed

Once admitted, you must complete and submit all applicable
documentation listed on the Registration Checklist:

  • Registration fee
  • Registration form
  • certificate of immunization
  • copy of social security card
  • copy of a certified birth certificate
  • certification of accident insurance
  • free/reduced lunch applications
  • parental authorization forms
  • copy of medical insurance card

(There will be no waiver regardless of date of enrollment.)

All FACTS forms or prepaid tuition and registration fees are due in order to begin the new academic year.

Age Requirements for EnrollmentPreschool children must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st.To be eligible for Kindergarten, children must be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 1st.

Tuition Assistance: St. Therese School has a limited amount of financial assistance available to families in need. We receive funding from the Kremer Foundation, The Louis Covert Trust and the Brother Luke Pearson Trust. Funds are distributed according to financial need. Contact the school office to receive forms for assistance. An assessment form must be completed through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to finalize assistance.
